Itā€™s taking me so long to narrow down my Valentineā€™s Day cookies and make samples. Having the power to quickly print my own cutters when I change my mind makes it even harder šŸ«  Realistically, I wonā€™t have everything ready until Friday. Iā€™ll keep you updated here about launch time ā¤ļø Thanks for your patience! I donā€™t normally take orders in January but I just finished an order of 40 dozen today so Iā€™m finally getting started on Valentineā€™s Day samples. They will be worth the wait, I promise! And youā€™ll have dozens of options to choose from!

The only downside Iā€™ve found to being a baker is that nobody bakes for YOU. I donā€™t know if people feel intimidated about it or what, but I would be seriously thrilled if someone even baked me a cake from a box mix šŸ¤£ (On a side note, one of my customers brought me a banana bread for Christmas and I almost cried).

ANYWAY, I assume itā€™s probably the same for chefs. So when I went to a dinner hosted by some of my favorite local chefs last Sunday, I brought them a little edible thank you gift. In return, they provided an incredible feast šŸ˜ Please support their restaurants, especially during the week if you can. And if you get the chance to go to one of their Paisanos Sunday suppers, do it!
