The Community Preservation Act helps Northampton preserve open space and historic sites, create affordable housing and develop outdoor recreational facilities. The CPA helps strengthen our local economy by expanding housing opportunities and preservation-related jobs for our local workforce, and by supporting local tourism and education through preservation of Northampton's historic and natural resources.
