Using my experience and continuing education to better the world of pregnancy, birthing and postpartum life.

My ultimate goal is to help women and families have healthy and happy pregnancies, labor and family. Pregnancy can be isolating, intimidating and strange, but it doesn't have to be. I love the entire process, and use continuing education as a tool to broaden my horizons so that I can be a sounding board, a teacher, a stabilizer and a guide for you as you begin your journey into parenthood. met and talked extensively with experienced birth professionals, I use my experiences to tune in to you and your specific needs. I specialize in all things natural, organic and wholesome, but appreciate any lifestyle and am willing to work with you and tailor a plan with you that works for your specific needs. I am comfortable meeting in your home if you wish, or in a park - even at a restaurant. From first meeting on, it's all about you and what makes you comfortable. I live in Fly Creek, have traveled to Cherry Valley, Cooperstown, Maryland, Oneonta and Herkimer for various services. I am willing to travel anywhere in Otsego County and it's surrounding borders.

First consultations are always free - subsequent meetings will be based on client's ability to pay. I do this because I love it so dearly. I can help with diet, exercise, stretching, childbirth and pregnancy/labor information sessions. The services I can provide are completely dependent on you and your needs. Whether this is your first child or you've already begun a family, every pregnancy is the start of a new family and new family life.
