🌴 Resort Review 🌴

Margaritaville Resort Orlando - Cottage Rental

This weekend I spent 4 nights with 7 other friends in a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom cottage rental. Normally when we have our annual trip, we rent an AirBNB or other private home. This year we went for something different - and I must say we will be coming back here likely each year!

The resort offers a hotel but also cottages that are like private homes - they include a full kitchen, washer/fryer, small pool and hot tub in the private back yard, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The resort itself offers shuttle service to and from local theme parks and also within the resort (which is quite large). The resort also has an onsite spa, large pools, bars, and restaurants. Also connected on the resort is the Sunset Walk area, which has shopping, more restaurants, bars, live music and even a liquor store! The vibe was very family friendly and certainly not a huge party atmosphere.

The theming is certainly one that Jimmy Buffet fans would appreciate. Song quotes are posted throughout the resort, the cottage comes with a Margaritaville frozen drink maker, and the cottages are decorated in Caribbean colors and decor. The entire resort was super clean and inviting.

I have virtually zero complaints and the ones I have are very minor. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Orlando area with your family or with friends.
