Disney’s Boardwalk has easily become my second favorite resort (nothing can outdo Disney’s Grand Floridian in my book).

🎠Walt Disney World describes Boardwalk Inn Resort as capturing, “the charm, whimsy and elegance of 1940s Atlantic City.”

What I love most about Boardwalk:
🚶‍♀️Within walking distance to both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Don’t feel like walking? No problem! You can either take the 🛥️Friendship Ferry Boat to both parks or take the 🚠Skyliner to Hollywood Studios. 🚌Bus transportation is available to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.

The Inn itself is located above a “working” Boardwalk entertainment district complete with restaurants, night-time entertainment, and recreation. This quarter-mile promenade along the water’s edge features fun and fine dining, midway games, and evening street performers.

🛏️The newly refurbished rooms are absolutely stunning! These rooms give a fresh new take on the turn-of-the-century Atlantic City style of the resort! Most rooms sleep up to 5 with 2 queen beds and a daybed. Deluxe Rooms sleep up to 6. Club level rooms and suites are available.

💦Splash Mountain will always hold a special place in my heart but I am so happy (and relieved) Tiana’s exceeded my expectations.

🪷It is more beautiful than I ever could have imagined- visually stunning!! There was even a surprise in there I had no idea was coming!! I cannot wait for you to experience it!!

I am so excited to announce I will be experiencing 🐸💦Tiana’s Bayou Adventure this week. That is as long as our speedy fingers score a Virtual Queue during the Annual Passholder previews. Wish us luck!

➡️I will be out of the office:
🏰June 12-15 at Walt Disney World with a fellow SMV agent. We will be staying at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn and I plan to cram as much park time in as we can- including visiting the new CommuniCore.

🏰June 20-24 at Disneyland with my husband and my childhood bff and her family! 💕 We will be staying Club Level at Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel! I cannot wait to see the new resort updates and experience Pixar Fest.

Because these visits are very short and include family time, I will not be working with the exception of my traveling clients and time sensitive planning details.

Ever wonder what travel planners do behind the scenes? Here is a small snapshot of how I assisted my clients last week beyond creating quote proposals and bookings:

💰Saved my clients money with the new Disneyland ticket offer. I upgraded their 2-day ticket to the 3-day ticket offer. Not only will they be able to enjoy one more day in the parks with Genie+, they also still saved money with this new offer!

🍽️Secured dining reservations for multiple July vacations. Reservations included Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Ohana, Cinderella’s Royal Table, 1900 Park Fare, The Crystal Palace, and Breakfast in the parks with Minnie and Friends at Plaza Inn at Disneyland.

📄Created 5 different customized itineraries for my clients traveling in the next couple of weeks. None of my itineraries are cookie cutter itineraries because every family has different priorities and interests.

📲Had several pre-travel meetings with June clients.

🐭🎃Created a Mickey’s Not So Scary character autograph list for my clients that included which characters sign autographs and those that do not. This was a special client request as their daughter draws the characters in her autograph book for the characters to sign🥰

📅Reserved Disneyland Park Pass Reservations. Yep, Disneyland is still requiring park passes in addition to your theme park tickets to enter the parks. Not gonna lie, I wish they would bring this back to Walt Disney World. I am now understanding the crowd control aspect of this system.

📞Called Disney to make room requests and add celebratory notes on reservations. Use a Disney travel expert (who knows the resorts) to make room requests on your behalf. While room requests are never guaranteed, I do my best to let Disney know which room or area of the resort will work best for my clients based on their wants and needs.
