This resident is the friendliest I’ve met. His tinder profile surely reads “I likes long swims around wrecks in and ample butt rubs!”
Although I don’t approve of harassing marine life, turtles have heaps of nerve endings in their shells…I’m almost positive this is the same guy we saw here last May. Can confirm, loves the attention.

When important things you trust fail…

For as long as I’ve been teaching, my goto cpu is generally a wrist watch with a large display. Travels easy, when it dies I’m not out $1k, freedivable etc. Here’s two i200s. One purchased in Oct 2020 just before our Coz trip (i200c)The older one id purchased years ago. Three photos…first post dive on the boat. Second at the deck of Tenneco Towers east. Third on my safety stop. The crazy part? This failure was literally the exact opposite on Wednesday of this week diving the Sea Emperor. That’s why I had one to compare as a control on today’s dive. The last time we went to Coz early this year we’d meet & . They aren’t people you’d call “80/80 Florida divers”. During a convo regarding cpus I distinctly recall Joel saying “I trust my life with Shearwater’s algorithms”. Maybe this is why? To think I nearly gifted that new i200c to Capt Antonio 😳😅
