Santini Plaza took in some water but nothing like Ian. So thankful that this was not as bad as it could’ve been. 🙌❤️🏝️

We hope everyone has evacuated from Fort Myers Beach. There is a new pass for re-entry available today until noon.

Fort Myers Beach residents: If you need a hurricane re-entry pass, go to the Target located at 15880 San Carlos Blvd between 8AM and Noon today. Do not go inside and ask Target employees for the passes. The town will have a tent set up to distribute the passes. You need this green pass to get back on the island after the storm. Old passes will not work. These passes are for residents only, not contractors.

The gas is back on Fort Myers Beach. The 7-11 on Estero Boulevard, across from Santini Plaza, reopened this morning. The gas station is the first one to reopen on Fort Myers Beach since Hurricane Ian.
