This is a 2 bedroom condo located 5.1 miles from Ft. Myers Beach. The master has a queen bed with newly updated private bathroom, walk-in closet and large television.
The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, each with a twin trundle bed (6 twin beds). Next to the other newly updated bathroom. Outside the second bathroom is the laundry area for your convenience.
Beautiful updated kitchen with brand new appliances including a dishwasher. Fully functional kitchen with basically everything you need to cook.
Wonderful dining area that seats five people is next to the living room with new comfortable sofa and chair, and a large television. There are many apps available for viewing options.
The lanai has two rocking swivel chairs to enjoy the sun coming through the wall of sliding doors.
The shared pool is heated and tennis courts and bocce ball courts are on site.
If you forgot something, I probably have it stocked in the supply closet.
The condo has many sleeping options, but HOA restrictions are maximum six guests per unit.

In season months are January, February and March-rental is $3000 per month or $1000 per week.

Off season months are April through December-rental is $700 a week. Minimum rental is a week.
