Another great owner at Destin West Bayside! Ken Bowling has been super helpful to us the last couple of years and goes above and beyond for his guests. He has a one bedroom with bunks at the Pelican building on the bayside. If we are booked or you are looked for a 1 bedroom place, we highly recommend Ken’s condo!

4 years ago today we closed on the purchase of Destin West, Heron 408. Our second condo! The long awaited, updated photos of Destin West, Heron 408! Linda has done so much to this condo in 2024. Totally repainted. New sink. New stove. New master bedroom furniture. New light fixtures. The list goes on.

Heron 508 is just an awesome beach condo. Super spacious and everything is brand new as of 2022. We bought this in the Spring of 22 and completely furnished.

We often stay here when we are in town. We love the lazy river and easy beach access. In fact, we are here right now!

We are starting to update this one now with new bunk beds and a new HVAC to get things rolling.

We have made a lot of upgrades to Azure 222 in the last year or so. Totally repainted, put two new queen beds and furniture in the guest bedroom, new stone and fridge in the kitchen, and a brand new HVAC to name a few.
