Our 2 bedroom cottage is perfect for a family of 4-5 or 2 couples, but we can fit up to 7 in beds. We also feed the birds in the yard. You go down about 8 steps and there is a wooden yardswing on your left with a deck on the right. Th
e deck has adirondak chairs and a patio table and chairs on it. Go down another 10 steps to the lake. There is a big school-size slide built on the hill for safety. The firepit with wood is on the frontage along with a picnic table, boathouse with life jackets and games in it. There is a baby and regular swing, a sandbox, an L-shaped dock with a bench at the end. Out from the dock is a swimming raft. There are 5 boats included; a rowboat, paddleboat, canoe and 2 kayaks. Available to rent is a 20' pontoon boat for $440 and it includes at least $40 in gas. There is a swing, sand volleyball/badmitten court and private porta-jon on the lake front. Inside the cottage is really cute with knotty-pine cabinets and walls in the kitchen, a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom and the living/dining room is one room with a couch (with a queensz sleeper sofa in it), a loveseat, a rocking chair and L-shaped with bench family style dining room set. The master bedroom has a queensize log bed with the best mattess set, an armoire and a small TV. The second bedroom has a fullsize bottom bed with a twin horizontal top bed (both have new mattresses and a built-in dresser. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a microwave, mixer, toaster, coffeemaker, full-size refrig, new electric range and a closet that has everything you forgot to bring included. We have all your dishes, pots and pans, utensils, grill tools, etc... There is a flat-screen TV on mounted on the wall with expanded cable, a VCR/DVD player and stereo. The view is wonderful, when you sit on the deck you feel like you are sitting in the trees. We have the sunset and the lake has a no-wake time before 11:30 and after 7 for quiet and fisherman. The road is 150 behind the cottage and very safe for children. It has a lot of privacy and is a great family place or nice for couple getaway. We are full from Memorial Day all the way to the end of November. You bring sheets, pillowcases, kitchen and bath towels, paper products, charcoal and fishing equipment and we provide the rest.
