Even if it’s a beautiful fall day when you leave for vacation, don’t forget: the weather might turn chilly while you’re gone!

Here are a few things we did (or wish we’d done) to make coming home a little easier:

❄️ Cover your windshield if you’re parking in an open lot. A snow/ice protector can save you from a frosty start.

🧤 Pack winter gear—a hat, gloves, and at least a coat in your car will keep you warm upon return.

🥶 Snow brush and ice scraper: Don’t forget to throw these essentials in your car!

🛏️ Car blanket: A cozy addition in case of delays or just for extra warmth.

🚗 Check your car battery before you leave if it’s already cold—it’s no fun coming back to a car that won’t start.

🕯️ Leave a light on (or use timers) at home so it’s welcoming and safe when you return.

Well - the prediction is confirmed! Mike and Sulley are coming to Hollywood Studios … and displacing Muppets 3D Vision.

The new land will include the coaster we’ve all dreamed of – a suspended ride recreating the door vault scene – plus dining and shopping and a whole new theater show.

But then … Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and all of their friends will be moving right along to Sunset Boulevard! AND The Muppets will be taking over Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, pushing Aerosmith out of the theme.

There’s no definitive time line here and Disney says there’s still time to enjoy both of these attractions in their current roles.

What do you think about these changes? I’m still processing the loss and the excitement!.

It’s time for a little magic! I will be out of the office starting today as my family and I head to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

💫 Walt Disney World & Disneyland are piloting a new Lightning Lane Premier Pass — a service providing expedited entry to rides and attractions

💫 Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be offered in very limited quantities and will give guests one-time entry to each Lightning Lane entrance in one park per day. This includes attractions included in both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass.

💫 Lightning Lane Premier Pass holders DO NOT need to select an experience time.
