We will be having an auction this Saturday at 169 Platt Street in Seneca. The Real Estate is up for auction at 11:30, and the personal property is starting at 9:30. The house has 3 bedrooms as well as a seperate eating/dining area. The personal property includes a Mallard camper with a slide out in great condition and a Toyota Highlander with around 15,000 miles. Other personal property includes a John Deere mower, antiques, vintage items and tools. Be sure to check our website for lots of pictures and a complete listing. Hope to see you there Saturday!!

If you check our website you will find we have scheduled an auction for April 27 in Seneca. We will have the real estate as well as some personal property including a nice 2011 Toyota Highlander with only 15,000 miles, a well cared for Mallard camper, and a John Deere riding lawn mower. We have the real estate information listed now and are working on the complete personal property listing and pictures. -Rita

In regards to the Rockland Elementary auction, we will be auctioning off surplus contents as well as several property tracks. The real estate WILL INCLUDE mineral and gas rights. There seems to be some confusion about this, but I wanted to clear it up. The listing will be coming in a few weeks. -Rita

We had a great time at Utica Elementary School last night! They had a science fair display as well as a PTO fundraiser auction. We helped them by auctioning off baskets of items donated by each classroom. What a fun evening! -Rita
