Interesting article. We all have our preferences. We just sent our friend, Gary Yamin, his son and his son’s friend to an all-inclusive in Nassau. They’re loving it! This was an alternative to the typical OCMD senior week.

We switched up from taking our teens on cruises to going to an all inclusive resort. The slow pace made them want to hang out with us more.

A lot of valid points in this article. Before we went to Italy 🇮🇹, I spent a ton of time researching where to purchase gifts I knew I wanted to bring home. I came home with 2 beautiful (small) purses, gorgeous leather gloves and lots of wine (shipped from the winery). For me, part of the fun of traveling is the anticipation and preparation. If you know me, you know I love to shop, however, I insist on quality, not quantity. I left Italy with everything I wanted. Beautiful purses, gloves and a nice (simple) pair of gold earrings purchased in Bellagio- one of my favorite places in Italy. Fun fact! Drinking age in the Caribbean is generally 18, sometimes 16. The US is one of 11/194 countries that has a drinking age of 21.
So, if a 19 yr old goes on cruise to the Caribbean and are in international waters, game on, right? Nope. You still have to be 21 to legally drink on the ship. However, once they disembark in Antigua (insert Carribean island), they’re free to drink about the island 🏝️🍹

If you’re not using any of these search engines for finding flights, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Kayak is the only one that includes Southwest Airlines in their search engine, btw.
Fun fact; travel agents rarely book airline tickets only for clients. We have the same access as gen pop, therefore, won’t find better deals from what you will find. Two- there is no commission (with few exceptions). Happy searching!
