I'm Reverend G.

Reverend Thompson is based in Fridley MN, about 8 miles north of Minneapolis, and performs weddings in MN, WI, & IA. Michael Thompson, and I want to welcome you to my page. When I was ordained in 2003, I was working fulltime as a customer service representative for a Minneapolis based public utilities company, and I began working part-time as a wedding minister / officiant helping couples

prepare for their wedding day. In the years that followed, I fell in love with working with engaged couples, and in 2008 I took some time to reevaluate my career and look at some options. I had spent 20 years in customer service or related fields, in both the public and private sectors, but nothing had touched my heart as much as being invited by couples to help them prepare for, and celebrate their wedding days with them, and to officiate their ceremonies. So in 2008, I set my focus on using that 20 years of customer service experience, and dedicated my efforts on serving couples who were preparing for one of the most important days of their lives.

If you’re currently making plans for your wedding day, I want to congratulate you on your engagement. I would love the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss your wedding day plans.
