This is a message to all my clients. AT&T took a lightning strike to a data center in Richardson, and it has knocked out many of the Uverse Services area wide. They have not given an estimate on time for restoration of the service. Please pass this message onto anyone that you know that has Uverse. If you are still experiencing issues once service is restored please feel free to contact us for help.

This is what happens when an installer does not know what they are doing. This company used tiny anchors to mount this 40lb projector. Of course it fell! We moved it 4 inches and caught a stud. Still needs Sheetrock repair, but the customer is back in business.
