CBC and Coast 2 Coast Forms provided Concrete and Masonry services.
Affordable Housing
Green Mills Group in Partnership with Broward Partnership for the Homeless (BPHI) recently awarded JWR this project. Seven on Seventh is a new housing development comprised of 72 units with a mix of studios, one and two bedroom apartments that will be located in Fort Lauderdale. 50% of the units are allocated to supportive housing.
The development will be adjacent to the Central Homeless Assistance
Center in Fort Lauderdale and will provide housing opportunities to formerly homeless households. construction of the eight-story housing community with a parking structure, offices, amenities and common areas.
