Dear Valued Travel Partner,
Please note that we have made some changes on discounts and commissions for future bookings, so we ask that you read this communication in its entirety.
As most of you know, last Friday we announced our decision to voluntarily suspend cruise voyages through April 11, 2020. This measure was taken in an abundance of caution and we plan to commence cruise operations with embarkations beginning April 12, 2020.
Guests who are currently booked on cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 through April 11, 2020 will receive a full refund of their cruise fare in the form of a future cruise credit which can be applied towards any Norwegian Cruise Line voyage through December 31, 2022. As an added incentive, guests who choose to reschedule their vacation will receive an additional 25% or 50% future cruise credit, dependent upon their embarkation dates. Guests who prefer not to take advantage of a future cruise credit can receive a full refund in the amount of the cruise fare paid.
As a bonus for guests impacted by the temporary suspension, as well as guests who previously canceled via our Peace of Mind policy, we are offering them the ability to use their FCC along with a 20% discount off published fares for voyages from July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022. All affected guests must book their future cruise once their FCC is applied to the guest profile and by no later than April 10, 2020.
As an added thank you to our travel partners, we are extending a 5% bonus commission for these new bookings.
