When we purchased Lake Effect, we discovered that we had a sunken dock that the neighbor reported had been under water for 5+ years! We did not advertise that the property had a dock (or lack of one) but received several complaints from people who could SEE IT but couldn’t HAVE IT and they were disappointed! 🤨We sprung into action and had the decayed dock removed! 👷‍♀️We also repurposed a perfectly intact floating dock that was found in the woods of our property! We saved it from going to a landfill and gave it another round of life for fishing!!! 🐠 🎣 Horray!!! 🙌🏻💜
