Such a beautiful area!

Just hanging out by the oldest stacked stone bridge in Kentucky! Did you know the bridge in Royal Spring Park was constructed using dry-stacked stone and used no mortar?

When you consider how the structure handles the daily traffic of Main Street Georgetown, it really highlights the quality of craftsmanship that still stands strong after over 230 years!

In 1811, a three-story stone warehouse was built near Riverside on the Kentucky River to store goods. It housed barrels of whiskey awaiting shipment to distant locations like New Orleans. In the following years, Benjamin Harrison Blanton is said to have distilled whiskey on-site.
