Testing out my nearly new Robert Brasington originals I bought from the master kite designer himself at the Callaway Kite Festival. Stunningly gorgeous in flight they are stable, beautiful, and easy to assemble. Thank you Robert for an amazing birthday weekend. Also a huge thank you to Kindle Rice and her crew for an amazing event once again. Best birthday ever.

Heading to Bladen for an afternoon of kite flying at the Webster County Fairgrounds this Sunday April 21. Event runs 2 to 4 but I'll have kites up much earlier than that. Covid-19 Kite Show

We’ll be out again this Saturday May 4 from 10 to 5 weather permitting. A great activity for the family viewable from your car or at a safe distance from others. A great reason to escape the walls for at least a little while. Please share with your friends and help spread the word. It would be greatly appreciated

Gave some much needed air time to this beautiful spinsock. I have to tell you the swivel on this sock is perfect. Smooth and stable just like it should be.

Experimenting with a low flying pilot on this humpback whale kite. It flew decently but did better with the pilot up a few hundred feet. A big thanks to Gerald and Nancy Menees for coming out to the Kites Over Salina Kite Retreat.
