Bulldogs and Leprechauns??? This may seem like an odd mash-up but I had two requests from Belfair community members-Bulldogs for North Mason High School and St. Patty's for Bent Bine's upcoming celebration. It also turns out that Hawkins Middle School mascot is a husky! I'll bring some chicks, bunnies, carrots, eggs and other spring theme charms too. In this class, you will learn a basic jewelry making technique-wrapped loops! You will make TWO pairs of earrings! Register for the workshop using the link in bio!

A cashier at my local grocery store told me an endearing story last year when I was buying candy hearts. She said she and her husband buy them every year and on Valentine's Day, they take turns using the words on the candies to tell each other how they love one another. That is all they do for Valentine's Day. I find that so simple and sweet!

I will supply you a plethora of bead choices with various sizes, shapes, and colors. You will be able to choose from semi-precious, wood, bone, horn, metal, and coconut beads. Pictures are examples to help you get ideas, current supply inventory varies. I will also bring finished samples to help inspire you during the class. Earwires are hypo-allergenic and you will use sterling silver plated earwires. All pliers, findings and supplies will be provided.

It isn't often that I gift myself some time to make something just for fun and just for me! These took me about 3 hours. Three hours of intense concentration, no stress and bliss....a reminder of where I started and to keep coming back to this feeling. It's the reminder that all artisans have to keep in the front of their brain-keep coming back to why you love what you do or you'll begin to hate it. My hands are capable of making 50 pairs of earrings a day but today, my heart only needed to make two.
