As the days tick away and school doors begin to open beautiful things are flooding through 4J.

Things I wasn’t sure I would get to see but am ecstatic of their presence. Shifting, however large or small, helps to have faith. Helping others feel loved and supported has them regaining hope. Not giving up on them rejuvenates the soul.

The snow is on the way and it’s a time to play!!

Bring your “toys” and hot beverages to have fun and then relax at the Phillipo “Ranch”.

There may not be any livestock in about an acre of land, but the area isn’t short on forest wildlife.

Currently have 12/10-12/22 available.

Rates are:

$200 Sunday thru Thursday
$250 Friday/Saturday
$1500 for the week

There aren’t any other taxes or fees. Just doing this on my own in hopes of passing savings and enjoyment on to you!

Sleeps 6+

1 King
2 Queens

There is a full size futon in the sunroom, but that might be a little chilly this time of year.

Two bathrooms

Let me know if you might be interested or have someone you know that could use some time to recoup.

FYI-My property is on a dead end street and my surrounding neighbors are rarely there offering solitude. This is an OHV park so there may be motorcycles, quads or snowmobils during the day run in back of the property or one of the three full-time neighbors heading to a friend/family in the community. This is such a friendly place where everyone has each other’s back.
