We skipped last week’s meeting for a number of CABA’s members (not everyone attending ended up in our group pic) to attend The Open Door’s annual Autumn Breakfast. Cape Ann’s community is strong, and there was a great turnout supporting those in need.

Kevin Noyes, latest addition to the fabulous Cape Ann Savings Bank team, delivered a fearless and passionate 45 sec speech! Our resident realtor, Patty Knaggs from the Nice to be Home Group, a member of RE/MAX Beacon, gave an informative presentation about her expertise as a realtor and what’s new in the realty world including Buyer’s Agent Fees now being separate from Seller Fees. She showed us a beautiful property she currently has listed and the flurry of questions our group asked highlighted her wealth of knowledge. Patty is definitely the one to know if you’re buying, selling, or even thinking about it on the Northshore.
