Cruise News: Disney Cruise Line Itineraries open to book through May 2026 soon!! 🚢

Next week, Disney will release two seasons of thrilling itineraries, spanning sailings from fall 2025 to spring 2026. 🙌🏻

Tropical Destinations: The Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Dream will regularly sail to one or both of Disney Cruise Line’s signature island destinations, Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, offering voyages filled with even more Disney magic. Meanwhile, the Disney Wonder will sail the Pacific Coast, Gulf of Mexico and and the South Pacific. 🌊

Sailings will open to book for all guests on Friday, June 28, 2024; Castaway Club Members who have sailed in the past can book even earlier. Cruise pricing is dynamic, so it is always best to book as early as possible for the best price. Reach out to me today!

Disney Cruise Line Guests 21 years and older may bring a maximum of 2 bottles of unopened wine or champagne (no larger than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces) on board at the beginning of the voyage and at each port of call. These beverages must be packed in carry-on (not checked) bags or luggage.

A little rain should never put a damper on a full day of magic at Walt Disney World Resort, where the fun always shines! Outdoor rides ONLY close in case of lightning and majority of attractions are indoors and unaffected by storms or rain! Here's a few rainy day favorites to keep you smiling!

Afternoon quick showers of 10-15 minutes are common, but in the case of heavier rain, here are some tips:

✨Magic Kingdom Park

When the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade can’t be performed as planned, Disney friends come out to play in the “Rainy Day Cavalcade.”* This cheery procession brings Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their pals down the street in antique vehicles, accompanied by a special musical soundtrack and parade performers in colorful rain slickers and galoshes!

Hop on a rip-roaring rocket into the furthest reaches of outer space on Space Mountain attraction, set sail on a swashbuckling voyage on Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, and climb aboard a gloomy Doom Buggy on the Haunted Mansion attraction. Or check out a variety of the indoor shows from Mickey's PhilHarmagic, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, The Hall of Presidents or Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress. Or catch a ride on the Walt Disney World Railroad and ride it around the entire park or the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover. It’s also a great time to do all the character indoor meet and greets!

🌍Epcot

Take flight on Soarin’ Around the World. This indoor attraction allows Guests to experience a breezy, airborne adventure as they hang glide above the breathtaking marvels of the world.

Go under the sea—without getting wet—on The Seas with Nemo & Friends attraction before getting close up with clown fish, sharks and more in a massive 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium. Then check out your favorite totally tubular turtle at Turtle Talk With Crush! Righteous!

Frozen Ever After, The Gran Fiesta Tour Staring the Three Caballeros, Journey Into Imagination with Figment, Living with the Land, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Mission Space, Spaceship Earth are all indoor attractions.

Catch popular Disney and Pixar short films—in amazing 4D at the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. Or Awesome Planet, The Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360*, And don’t forget The American Adventure”, a 30-minute show in the American Adventure Pavilon.

🎬Disney’s Hollywood Studios

You can check into the infamous Hollywood Tower Hotel on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction. Inside you’ll be hurtled up and down aboard an elevator-style lift and brought into…the Twilight Zone.

Then make your way over to Beauty and the Beast, Live on Stage, Disney Junior Play and Dance! Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy, and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Muppet Vision 3D is also a great 17 minute show to catch.

Guests can sing along with Anna & Elsa in For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Singalong Celebration.. and don’t forget the many characters you can meet - Olaf, Edna Mode, Ariel, and Tinseltown’s beloved Disney Stars at Red Carpet Dreams.

🦁Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

In Africa, you can head over to “The Festival of the Lion King,” a high-energy show filled with songs, pageantry and puppetry celebrating the classic movie, “The Lion King.” Dive into a spectacular stage show in DinoLand USA with Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond!

Venture over to Pandora – The World of Avatar area where you can take a mystical journey into Pandora’s glowing bioluminescent rainforest on Na’vi River Journey attraction. This indoor boat ride will take you on a visually stunning adventure!

Uncover the secret of how Disney animators bring your favorites characters to life and let your creativity shine - no matter your skill level - at The Animation Experience at Conservation Station - a 25 minute drawing lesson.

This morning I went on Catamaran Sail and Reef Snorkeling Excursion! 🤿

Tonight, I am excited to feature the Loch family from Evanston, Illinois.. but Amy has West Michigan roots! In fact, we went to the same high school where she graduated a few years ahead of me AND she was a fellow participant in the Walt Disney World College Program in the Fall of 1994 at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (I was 1996 in the resorts!) We reconnected in 2018 and since then it has been one Disney adventure after another! ✨Their favorite Disney memory includes being selected to ride on the Rafiki’s float during Mickey’s Jammin’ Jungle Parade at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. If traveling with family, their favorite resort is Disney’s Yacht Club so they can be next to EPCOT! If adults only - Disney’s Riviera Resort. I absolutely LOVE following along with them when they are traveling - we have a constant text thread going! Day #5.. The Fusee Family.. Ken and Cathy were married in 1975 and spent their honeymoon at Disney’s Polynesian Resort.. and have been huge Disney fans ever since. We first met in 2018, and never looked back - always planning the next Disney adventure! Their most recent Walt Disney World vacation included the newest member of their family - a grandson! It was just over a year in the making and I was thrilled when they shared this family picture taken at Disney Springs with me.. three generations enjoying the Disney Magic with Santa! Day #4 is an extra magical one for me… First Walt Disney World vacations are always a special booking and when it is for a close family member, that makes it EXTRA special! Earlier this year, I had the honor of helping arrange a first visit to Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom for Piper and Walker - the daughter and son of my cousin, Abby and her husband Zach. When Abby was 5 and 7, she came to visit ME with her family when I was doing my professional internships at Walt Disney World in college. She used to also send me letters and drawings that I would hang on my wall and we would always watch Disney animated classics together when I would babysit.
