Please be understanding of our 20 min. variable arrival time frames that we must allow for our entertainers. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, including accidents, entertainers health issues (overheating), or like, or other circumstances, our time frames are necessary. We make every effort to arrive at the requested time, but in the event that the entertainers are running behind schedule, we will attempt to contact our client by phone 15 – 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of our service, or as soon as possible, to make you aware of the delay and of the approximate arrival time. Upon the entertainers making an appearance, your time will start from that point and any time will be made up, or discounted in the event that the time can’t be made up.
-YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE TIME. CHARACTER DOES NOT WEAR A WRIST WATCH OR CARRY A CELL PHONE, AS IT WOULD BE OUT OF CHARACTER.

Terms and conditions
Deposit is non-refundable & it guarantees/reserves your spot on our calendar. Reservations cannot be made without a deposit. In most cases we require full payment in advance. Your deposit is determined when you place your order. In some cases balance due must be paid in cash to costume character(s) when they arrive to your event. Tips are appreciated and not included in your balance. Please pay with exact change, as characters do not carry cash. We accept PayPal, ([email protected]) credit/debit over the phone and cash only at Kids Station on Washington Avenue. You want to get your reservations as far in advance as you can because our calendar fills up very fast. If event is canceled, we must be notified in writing through Facebook messages email or text messages. No refunds will be given if purchaser cancels event. If event is rescheduled by purchaser, there is no guarantee we will have a character available for your new date/time, but we will make a reasonable attempt. If you change the date/time for your event, and we do not have a character for your new date & time, the event is considered canceled by the purchaser, and there will be no deposit refund. (We reserve characters, costumes & supplies for the date and time you request, and often have to turn away others who wished to book for that date & time, because of your prior reservation.) If you have scheduled an outside event, please have an alternate plan in the event of inclement weather.**** NOTE: If you keep the entertainer beyond the scheduled time booked, you will need to pay him/her an additional $25 in cash per 25 minutes per character. If there are rude or unattended children, the character will leave immediately and you will not be given a refund. If they cause any damage to our costumes we will charge you for the damages. There are no refunds once character arrives at the event or after the service has been performed. Due to the heaviness of the costume, character will need one 5-minute break per hour. (If you have planned to book them for an hour) Payment constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.
