Cook Day scheduled at your convenience. Selecting the finest and freshest local produce, fish, meats and poultry, all meals will be prepared using professional tools and equipment in your own kitchen. Meals will be packaged according to your preferences, in single, double or family sized containers and labeled with the date and reheating instructions. If you’re hosting a party, my lump crab cakes make the perfect appetizer! Just form crab mixture into small, bite sized patties and cook in nonstick pan until lightly golden. Serve warm with Dill Tartar.

After judging a Rib Competition yesterday in Chapel Hill with 12 entries, I opted for a light dinner! Fresh mushrooms on toasted flour tortillas with green olive/almond tapanade, Burrata, arugula, pecorino, and good olive oil.

Next time I’ll drizzle with balsamic and add pine nuts. Mushrooms from Sprinkles Mushrooms 🍄‍🟫
