Alexandra has an MBA in International Business and is a Certified Professional Coach, which underlines her approach to leadership, research and mentoring. She uses a strength-based philosophy in corporate and educational organizations to effectively move leaders, teams and corporations to high levels and standards of performance. She is president and founder of Alexandra Kelemen, LLC a certified minority and woman-owned business based in Greenwich, Connecticut. For 6 years her firm has provided global and domestic clients with the latest in consulting, teaching and executive coaching to accelerate and enhance the development, performance and contributions of their high potential women and multi-cultural professionals. To her work both as a consultant and mentor, Alexandra brings years of corporate "front-line" experience gained at "brand-name" companies such as Johnson & Johnson and the UN (United Nations). During her 22 plus-year career, she amassed multidimensional work experience ranging from strategic planning to international business. She understands firsthand the competitiveness of the global business environment, what business leaders expect from their employees and the importance of value creation and bottom-line results for organizations. As often the "only" Latina executive, she garnered the cultural sensitivity and business savvy to help other professionals to become highly valued talent in their organizations and achieve their goals.
