This rental is located on floor 2. Parking Notes: parking is available for two vehicles (one in the carport and one in a sperate marked space). These assigned spots are clearly marked on the asphalt with "302." Parking passes are required and need to be obtained from the on-site front office between 4 pm and 9pm. The cost is $30 per pass with a limit of two passes (cash only). Parking of RVs, ATVs, and boat trailers is not permitted. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
