-full equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, range, microwave, granite countertops, dishes, and cookware
-dining area with table and chair and additional seating at the bar
-living room with cable TV, VCR, and DVD player
-hardwood floors throughout
Outdoors:

-enclosed outdoor shower (downstairs) and foot shower (upstairs)
Rental information:
-Will be available to begin renting March 2012
-Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday= $975
-Check in at 2pm, check out at 8am
-Daily/weekend rental available ($200 day, 4 day min.)
-deposit to reserve $300, additional payment due upon arrival
-cash or check payments only
-cleaning deposit-$100, will be returned within a week if not needed
-pets are welcome with an additional $100 pet deposit
