Today marks my four-year anniversary of my law practice! It's hard to believe how quickly time has flown by. I've had the opportunity to help clients navigate a wide range of real estate transactions, from residential and commercial purchases/sales and leases to everything in between. Over the past four years, I've learned a lot - not just about the law, but about what it takes to run a successful business. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients and to form relationships that have lasted beyond the closing table. As I celebrate this milestone, I'm looking forward to what the future holds. I'm committed to continuing to provide exceptional legal services to my clients and to growing my practice in new and exciting ways. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. 2021 was an incredibly successful year for my law practice. From residential closings to complex commercial deals and leasing matters to assisting clients with refinancing my practice has become both challenging and exciting. Notwithstanding all of the challenges of this year I am most thankful for having a healthy newborn son in September. Wishing you all a prosperous and healthy 2022.

Pleased to announce the closing of a commercial lease this week for my client. This was a very long and complex lease that required many hours of review and negotiation. The space will be used as a medical office. The space is part of a 393,000 sq. ft. campus in Bloomfield, NJ. The negotiations involved many tenant improvements that were needed as part of the tenant's business operations. Worked with Cushman & Wakefield on this deal.
