The next stop on my tour at Disney's Polynesian Resort was the brand new Polynesian Tower!! (opened Dec 2024) WOW!!!!! Everything about the 2 bedroom villa that we toured was absolutely stunning!! Don't need a full 2 bedroom villa, no worries, I gotcha covered as the tower offers deluxe studios as well.

Art of Animation family suites!

These family suites are perfect for larger party sizes or just families wanting more space! The Art of Animation family suites will sleep up to six guests, have two full bathrooms, a small efficiency that includes a microwave, two televisions, and did I mention two full bathrooms...lol!! On top of that, Art of Animation also sits on the Skyliner giving you easy access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot!

BEST DAY EVER...part 2...VIP TOUR

It is very hard for me to put into words what this day meant to me. I have been wanting to do a VIP tour for a very very long time and the moment that this opportunity came to light I had to pinch myself to make sure that it was real. We started our tour at Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway. Our VIP tour guide took us into the back entrance of the attraction and started to point out the hidden Mickeys and the Easter eggs that we will find inside the ride as we stood in the pre-show queue. As I was standing there listening, trying to take it all in, my emotions got the best of me and took a matter of 2.2 minutes for me to start crying - which I know for those of you who know me, this is not unusual, I did really try to keep it together LOL! This Experience exceeded my expectations and then some! Cameron, who was our guide, was the ultimate gift with this tour! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and we could ask him any question - as our entire group is a bunch of Disney nerds that had many, many questions LOL! Of course we wanted to get on all the rides as quickly as possible, but it was the knowledge that we gained about the Disney parks that was truly magical! During our VIP tour we were able to hop in the Lightning Lane for 8 rides/attractions/meet and greets, had some yummy treats, shopped VIP exclusive merch, and ended the evening with VIP seating for Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom. And the cherry on top was riding along with nine other amazing fellow Cherry Tree Lane Vacations travel agents.

Can I just say.... BEST DAY EVER! - Part 1

The original plan for this day was to rope drop Remy's Ratatouille explore World Nature, hit our single pass ride for Guardians, and make our way over to Hollywood Studios. Change of plans when Remy's was down first thing this morning. Not a problem! Switched gears and decided to take our chances and rope dropped Guardians of the Galaxy. It worked out perfectly! We waited 35 minutes as stand by! Olivia and I were so excited to share our most favorite ride in Disney with Fred and Brody as they experienced Guardians for the very first time! We were then able to use our single pass and rode Guardians twice in 3 hours! Did things go as planned this morning? No. Did things go better than expected? Yes! Anytime we can ride Guardians more than once in one day... It is a magical day!

The last 6 days have been nothing but a blur! I feel like it was the fastest 6 days of my entire life LOL! We had an amazing trip to Walt Disney World with a lot of "firsts". Yes, even I have not been able to experience absolutely everything that the Most Magical Place On Earth has to offer! (More on that later! )On the day that we arrived, Fred and I were lucky enough to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! What a fun way to start our trip! We had the most delicious dinner at The Boathouse in Disney Springs. The meals included coconut shrimp, mahi fish tacos, and a lobster roll. Our dinner was not complete until we finished it off with the most amazing key lime pie. AND, our server Jordan was spectacular - probably the best service I've ever received in a restaurant... Ever!! If Disney Springs is on your itinerary for your next Disney Adventure, The Boathouse is definitely worth checking out. And if you don't want to stop at The Boathouse for a full dinner, you can always stop at one of their three bars to enjoy this amazing key lime pie!

"See ya real soon" farewell party takes place in the atrium on the last evening of your Disney cruise. This is a great opportunity to see some of your favorite characters one last time before you have to disembark the ship the next morning. On the Disney Dream, I personally like to watch from the 5th floor balcony as it overlooks the atrium with great views of the characters.

DAY AT SEA!!! Most Disney Cruise Line sailings that are four nights or longer will include a day at sea. These are wonderful days where you can enjoy magical moments onboard the ship that you might not have had time to while at a port stop. Our day at sea happened to be our last day which means one thing... MICKEY CHURRO WAFFLES!!!! Typically, Mickey churro waffles will only be available on your last full day at breakfast at the buffet location. Please do not sleep on these waffles! They are amazing! Mom and I also enjoyed bingo, checking out parts of the ship that we had not seen yet, and enjoying the adult only pool area. Dinner this evening was at the Royal Palace which had a delightful pear salad. That was amazing! I had pasta. Mom had steak which again I forgot to take pictures of and then I had a strawberry shortcake sundae and Mom had the best creme brulee that she's ever had LOL!
