I've recently started heating up beach rocks and wrapping them in towels and giving them to the kids for in their bed at night.
They absolutely love them.
It's a bit of a joke in our house about it being time to get your rock. Lol
The rocks stay warm all night, it's pretty amazing.
200°F is a good temperature to heat the rocks upto. Caution as you can burn yourself if they are not wrapped up enough.
300°F is WAY TOO HOT. I'd say out right dangerous.
