Two tired out dogs, incase anybody is wondering two medium will stack in your Chevy Silverado. For most of the season the dogs ride in the bed of the truck but when it starts getting cold enough for the beard to freeze it’s nice to have them in the heated cab.

First musky (on purpose). Glad the early morning drive from Minneapolis was worth it! Fall in the northwoods is a special thing! Heres a musky from this summer, the bite wasn’t what you’d call “on fire” and we were having some tough days but after a long day you can almost always count on that sunset fish.

Big football fan, atleast when in reference to smallmouth bass. We’ve been having some great smallmouth trips and have a couple more to do before end of season. Hunting is definitely coming up soon! Good friend and pilot Mike flew in to do some walleye fishing with Martin and Antonio. We found a beach to park the plane on and we put a bunch of fish in the boat and had an overall great time.

Tiger king! This was the 3rd or 4th tiger of the season and a healthy one at that. Hope to see this one again in a few years. A buddy did catch her again just a few days later, she hadn’t grown much yet.

It’s musky time in the Northwoods! Stopped into Hayward Bait and picked up a couple suckers and this fish couldn’t resist a taste test. Not sure if you’ve heard but their minnows are guaranteed to catch fish or die trying.
