Cheers to Friday! 🍸 You can find this French Martini at Les Chef de France in Epcot. Want to make your own this weekend? Here's the recipe!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Chambord (Raspberry Liqueur)
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- Lemon-Lime Foam (see recipe below)
- Ice
- Fresh raspberry (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix the Martini:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
2. Strain and Serve:
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
3. Add Lemon-Lime Foam:
- Top the martini with a generous layer of lemon-lime foam (recipe below). For added flair, garnish with a fresh raspberry.
4 Enjoy your French Martini with a citrusy twist!

Lemon-Lime Foam Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Looking for your next Sunday night dinner meal?? 🍲 You don’t need to be on a Disney vacation to enjoy Epcot’s Via Napoli Ristorante’s famous Spaghetti e Polpettine! Make your own at home next weekend- Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying

For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

For the Spaghetti:
- 1 lb spaghetti, Salt for pasta water, Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:
Make the Meatballs:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix as it can make the meatballs tough.
3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
6. Fry the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. They do not need to be fully cooked at this point as they will finish cooking in the sauce.
7. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce:
1. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
6. Add the browned meatballs to the sauce, making sure they are submerged.
7. Cover the skillet and let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Spaghetti:
1. While the meatballs are simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
3. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.

Assemble the Dish:
1. Once the meatballs are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened, add the chopped fresh basil to the sauce.
2. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
3. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

You can find this delicious Red Sangria at Magic Kingdom’s Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. Want to make your own at home this weekend? Check out the recipe below!

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of dry red wine (750 ml)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup soda water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruit:
- Thinly slice the orange, lemon, and lime.
- Core and dice the apple.
- Dice the fresh pineapple.

2. Mix the Base:
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Stir well to mix.

3. Add the Fruit:
- Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, diced apple, and pineapple to the pitcher.
- Stir to combine and ensure the fruit is well-coated with the liquid.

4. Juice and Chill:
