We're looking for detail-oriented "turnover specialists" to help maintain our properties by performing cleaning and turnover services between guests at our three Airbnb locations in Butte.

Responsibilities include general cleaning and minor maintenance of the properties, making beds, doing laundry, restocking guest amenities, documenting property condition/damages, and tracking inventory.

Guests are checking in and out every day of the week, including weekends, but all turnovers will take place between 11am and 4pm.

We supply all cleaning supplies and tools. Laundry is done on-site. Pay is calculated per turnover project. Scheduling and payment transactions are both handled via an online platform called TurnoverBnB.

You'll need to be somewhat tech-savvy and have a smart phone with a high quality camera in order to meet our needs for using TurnoverBnB.
