Happy Father’s Day!

To my daddy, thank you for everything. All the little things and all the big things. From singing me to sleep each night to pushing me as high as you possibly could in the tire swing. You took me to church, you took me on adventures, you moved me in and out of dorm rooms. You have been the best role model for Oliver. I pray he is a wonderful Christian, husband, daddy and friend just like you. You have also impressed my Disney obsession more than anyone else, bonus points for that! 😂

To my brother in law, who loves his two children immensely but has also loved Oliver as well. Oliver loves his Uncle Alan so much and always gets so excited whenever he sees you in the yard or when you walk in the house.

To my grandpas, Pa and Grumps. There is always something so magical about your grandparent’s house. The food someone tastes better and the toys are way more fun. I love how much Oliver loves visiting both his great-grandparents.

There are so many men in my life that I love dearly. Oliver and I are so lucky to have such wonderful men in our lives.

Happy Father’s Day to you all. I hope you all know how loved you are.

I made this little video on TikTok late last night. Within seconds of posting I noticed a typo in the caption but the video saved on my phone.

I have watched this 11 second clip multiple times and it makes me so ready to book a summer trip regardless of the heat.

The magic is so real and one day it won’t be real anymore. Don’t wait until they are older, you can’t get this time back.

No one ever looks back on a vacation and says I wish we didn’t go and we had the money instead.

Take the trip, make the memories.

Even if they are young and they won’t remember it. This is your parenthood and you deserve the memories too!

While yes this video is made up of my trips to Disney World but “the trip” could be any vacation. Disney World, Universal, a cruise, a trip to the beach or camping in the woods.

Country Bear Jamboree has a reopening date 📣July 17, 2024📣

Earlier this year this attraction closed but only to give the bears new costumes and new music!

Don’t ask me why my child loves these creepy bears but he hugs them anytime he see them wondering around Frontierland! So of course we saw the show. He loved it! Growing up this is one I skipped but I couldn’t skip it anymore. I was sad to see it close but I’m excited to see what the changes will be.

If nothing else it is a good place to just sit and enjoy some nice cold AC in the Florida summer!

Animal Kingdom was a short day because it was also out check out day. We accomplished a character meal, the safari, two shows and we met more characters!

Normally Animal Kingdom is the park we skip because there are a ton of rides for Oliver but everytime we go Oliver loves it.

We are taking a break from Disney for the summer. But we will be back in September for Oliver’s 3rd birthday! There are already big plans in the works for that trip!

Some [toys] are worth melting for, according to Oliver.

We melted in line waiting for these two pictures. He talked about seeing these three toys all morning. We had a fantastic afternoon/evening at Hollywood Studios!

It was so hot, but as I lay in bed snuggled up with my boy and I’m scrolling through all the pictures from our day I’m not thinking about how hot it was. I’m smiling because of the memories I’m making with Oliver. He is only little once and there may come a time where he doesn’t love Disney. But right now he does and I intend on soaking up all our Disney days!

PS: Disney, this should really be an indoor character meet and greet. These characters are way too popular and Florida is way too hot! 🥵

What a magical day! My boy is a rope dropper and park closer! 8:00am until 11:00pm! (But there was a three hour stroller nap in there).

Today we tried a new attraction to us, Enchated Tales with Belle and it was adorable! Oliver even had a little part and maybe I’m partial but he was so cute!

Shout out to Hannah for letting Oliver and I ride Dumbo over and over again, maybe 5 whole times without getting off during Happily Ever After! We will definitely be sending her a cast compliment!

As we ended our day I asked Oliver a few questions about our day tomorrow. First I asked him if he wanted to ride the Anna and Elsa boat ride or go swimming. He said go swimming. Then I asked if he wanted to see Woody and Buzz or go swimming and he said he wanted to see Woody and Buzz. Then I asked him if he wanted to see Woody and Buzz or ride the Anna and Elsa boat ride. He said see Woody and Buzz. So with all that we are sleeping in, skipping EPCOT, and sometime that late afternoon we will make our way to Hollywood Studios.

This is your sign to take a break at Disney this summer. You don’t have to do it all to enjoy your day. Take it slow and go at your toddler’s pace.

Summer is gearing up and its no secret it is hot in central Florida. The kiddos aren’t the only ones who need to break!

Here a few tips to stay cool at Magic Kingdom this summer from somewhere who is here now and trying not to melt. 🥵🥵🥵

🛍️Any time you are walking down Main Street walk through the Emporium! Enjoy the AC for a moment instead of the brutal Florida sun.

💧Ask for free water at quick service locations! Bring an insulated water bottle to keep it cool.

🎢 Try to save those indoor rides for the heat of the day. Carousel of Progress and Mickey’s PhilharMagic are two of our favorites! There are other’s too!

😴Little ones napping in the stroller? Find a place that is shaded with seats for the parents. I like to take this time to get a Frozen Cappuccino Dream from Joffrey’s. I can tell you where my favorite spots are as your travel advisor!

🍽️ Plan a sit down meal for lunch! You have to eat, might as well get out of the sun for a minute.

👶🏼 Go to the Baby Center located near The Crystal Palace. Change their diapers, refill your water bottles, have a snack and watch Alice and Wonderland.

Some of these tips will work at the other theme parks at Walt Disney World.

Back in April Oliver and I made matching Mickey Tye Dye shirts! Well, he picked the colors and I did the dyeing. We’ve worn them around home a few times but we brought them back to Disney and wore them to Disney Springs!

We ate dinner at T-Rex Cafe, our food was amazing but it is very loud. Even without the meteor shower. So if you have little ones who don’t like loud noises or just a loud restaurant I would avoid this one.

Then we watched the new drone show, Dreams That Soar. If you are visiting Walt Disney World this summer it is a must do! It was fantastic and so cool to see! I’ll post a few video clips in the comments.

We are all checked in and loving Port Orleans French Quarter! The pool, the snacks and the views! Now we are in bed resting before dinner tonight.

I have officially stayed at four out of five moderate resorts. The only one I’m missing are the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. I have visited that resort a few times to know the resort itself without staying in one of their cabins.

As a travel advisor is it important to me that I try new resorts, restaurants, snacks and experiences for my clients. While everyone is going to have their own opinion I want to be able to tell my clients about my experience, not what I read online from others.

It’s for us! We will drive most of the way to Orlando but stop and spend time with our Florida family!

We will get up bright and early Wednesday morning and make our way to Port Orleans: French Quarter to enjoy their pool and splash pad. After fun in the sun we will head over to Disney Springs!

Did you know that you can arrive early to your resort before your check in time? The resort will hold your luggage while you enjoy your resort, Disney Springs, a water park, a theme park, putt-putt or anything else Disney World has to offer.

Anyone else love getting that picture in front of the castle but the crowds in the background always make it a little less aesthetically pleasing?

I have the perfect place for an up close castle picture with no one in the background! The one is closer also has a some shading and it makes for a better picture because you aren’t right under the harsh Florida sun.

Did you know I can book more than just Disney vacations? If you know me even a little you know I love Disney anything! As a travel agent I want to expand my business and book a variety of vacations! This month I have started to branch out!

Just this month I have booked a Carnival Cruise and a Universal Studios vacation in Orlando! I am so blessed to have these two families trust me with their vacations! One is a senior cruise and another is a milestone birthday surprise for a Harry Potter fan! Two equally important vacations and I have the honor of being a part of the Magic!

A few days ago I had a message in my inbox asking if I could offer a better price than what they found themselves on the Disney website.

I first explained that I cannot offer them a lower price than what Disney offers but I would take a look and make sure they were getting the best price possible. After getting online and putting in their dates, park tickets and their resort I found that there was a promotion available for their vacation dates. I was able to help this family save $30 on their resort. $30 may not seem like a lot but every little bit helps when on your vacation to Disney!

$30 isn’t all I am saving these clients, I am also saving them time by offering services that Disney does not offer.

🧞‍♂️I will not only answer any questions about Genie+, but I also set it up each day of your vacation and book your first lightening lane of the day.

📱No need to set an alarm for virtual queues! I will take care of those too! (Subject to availability)

🍽️ Making dining reservations can be stressful and you have to wake up at 6am for those. This is just one more thing I will take care of for you as your travel agent.

📞 If you don’t like calling costumer services then I highly suggest booking with a travel agent. There have been times where I have spent an hour or more on the phone for a client.

🔄Let’s recap, using a travel agent can possibly save you money but it will most definitely save you time.

Don’t get yourself in a scary situation where the party tickets for your date are sold out!

🚨Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party on October 31, 2024 is officially SOLD OUT! 🚨

This really got me shaking in my boots and I jumped right online and ordered my own tickets for this year’s party! 😅😅😅

If you don’t know Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is an after hours event with lower wait times for attractions, special or rare characters, trick or treating, specialty food and drinks, and this year more villains than before!

Booking this cruise for a graduating high school senior reminded me of my senior cruise with my childhood best friend. A vacation I will never forget and memories I will cherish forever!

Such a special cruise to book for someone I am grateful our paths crossed. She was my mentor teacher in third grade. Then we both ended up moving to first grade. She gave me the nickname princess which kids still call me in the hallways and she was as someone I knew I could talk to during one of my hardest seasons! She has the sweetest children and one is graduating from high school. What better way to celebrate than on the fun ship?

This is also my first non-Disney vacation that I have booked! I am so excited to be branching out!

🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Mom and Dad are taking their little one to Walt Disney World for his very first time! They are bringing the essentials with them, extended family for extra help!

🏨 If you haven’t stayed at this resort yet it is a must in my book! I listed my top three reasons but I really have four.

🚠 The fourth reason is the Skyliner! My favorite form of Disney transportation and Oliver’s favorite ride! I mean you don’t have to collapse a single stroller, say less!

📱Get those phones ready because there will not be a standby line. You will have two options one is free and the other is a paid service!

1️⃣The free option: Requesting a virtual queue! You can request a virtual queue in the My Disney Experience App at 7am or 1pm.

2️⃣The paid service: Genie+, this new attraction will also have a lightening lane entrance. You will need to purchase Genie+ through the My Disney Experience App to have access to the lightening lanes for this attraction as well as many others. If you choose this option you will also be able to download the picture taken as you plunge 50 foot down!

Don’t worry as your travel agent I can help you with both options! Which ever you choose!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there!

But there are two people that I think of most when I think of Mother’s Day. My own mother and the one who made me a mother. 💕

To my own mamma, the best one out there if you ask me! She took me to church instilling my faith in me from the beginning, she took me on adventures (and to Disney 😂), she taught me to treat others with kindness and to be honest, she taught me how to be a mom to my Oliver. She is always my biggest fan and my shoulder when things are hard. Just when I thought she couldn’t get any better she became “GrandMi”. Oliver adores her along with her other two grandchildren. She was there the moment he was born and every moment after. We are forever thankful for her!

To the one who made me a mama, my Oliver, my little prince. I spent my whole life wanting to be a mama. Everyone who knows me knows that to be true. My biggest blessing and my dream come true. I will never forget the joy I felt when I first held you and tears ran down my cheeks. I always knew I wanted you, but I never knew how much I needed you.

On Sunday we were told the party dates and a price range but we were not given the price for each individual party.

Now that they are available for purchase we have the prices too! The prices listed are the adult prices, children (ages 3-9) prices are going to be $10 less. Children under 3 are free.

Oliver has been to a Halloween party at ages 1 and 2 and had so much fun! I can’t wait to take him back before he turns 3!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets are now LIVE for those staying on Disney property!

All before 8:00am I helped a client secure her party tickets! It is best not to wait because I see if every year. People are upset because they waited too late and they can’t buy tickets. They are begging for help in a Disney Facebook group but there is nothing anyone can do.

The Halloween Party is my absolute favorite! The stage show, trick or treating, seeing everyone’s costumes, The Sanderson Sisters, and of course shorter wait times for attractions!

I will be securing my tickets today too!

Where are my POG juice fans? Keep reading if you love it as much as I do! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

If you don’t know POG juice is a non-alcoholic drink served at multiple Disney restaurants! It is made up of passion fruit, orange and guava juice.

The name may change based on the location but it is all the same. You may hear your server ask if you would like Jungle Juice or Stitch Juice depending on the restaurant. When in doubt just ask for POG juice! I have found it at a few resorts such as The Polynesian, Animal Kingdom Lodge and The Beach Club.

But did you know that you can find POG gelato at two locations? And one doesn’t even require theme park tickets AND has free parking!
