My husband and I recently traveled to San Diego for a little family vacation with our 14-month old. Coming from Iowa, I was VERY hesitant about using a babysitting service! Because of this, we entertained the idea of bringing our current nanny with us, but this would have just been too expensive. So, my husband called Danielle and spoke with her extensively about the process. She was timely in returning our calls, very informative, and took quite a bit of her time to explain how things worked, etc. We were able to schedule night/times that we needed someone...and we were able to make sure that we had the same sitter for our entire trip. She made us feel incredibly comfortable, so we decided to move forward and use Munchkin Minders during our trip.

When we got to San Diego, of course I got all nervous again with the thought of leaving my child with someone I had never met before! BUT, in walks CHARITY! :) She instantly made us feel better...our daughter was immediately drawn to her! No tears with us leaving...just smiles! Charity is kind, personable, fun, smart, responsible and just an all around great person! We can't say enough wonderful things about her! She was on time, kept us updated and genuinely had our family's best interests at heart! This made for a wonderful experience with Munchkin Minders and a great vacation for us all! We still miss her!

Thank you Charity and Danielle for making this process easy and fun...we are so grateful for everything!
