Sandy Bottoms Beach House of HHI is no more. Yup it’s true that we have closed the doors here. Unfortunately the local government is digging to deep into private businesses with regulations and ordinances that are fundamentally going to change the island from what we all know and love. We have had serious discussions on not to and to sell the home but the corruption in the management company who manages the property and the board helped solidify our decision. We are relocating north to the SOBX (southern outer banks) and other places. We will continue to observe the movement of the issues posted and who knows… we may be back. Sorry people didn’t want to go into the weeds but I felt the need to speak what so many owners are oblivious to what is happening. We love HHI and will be back for sure 🙏😘
