Our home has a large pool, several outdoor entertaining areas, as well as, a screen porch with a table for eating and a futon or chaise lounge for afternoon naps. Our home features a master suite with direct access to the screened porch and its own en suite. Relax in the jetted tub or the separate shower. The master bath also has a private water closet, double sink vanity, and walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms are tastefully appointed with one featuring a queen and one a king size bed. All bedrooms have TV's. A chef's kitchen with 42" smooth top range and double ovens, separate 30" Refrigerator & 30" Freezer for plenty of storage. One double bowl sink with garbage disposal and a separate entertainment sink. A quiet Bosch dishwasher is also included. There are place settings for 8, as well as, extra silverware for outdoor use. Main living area has 47" Smart TV & Blu-ray player. Master has 32" TV & Blu-ray player. Remaining bedrooms have 24" TV's. The beach is a short 3 min car ride or 15 min bike ride. Shipyard has it's own private access to the beach with bathroom facilities. Weber Charcoal Grill is provided for your use.

Our Story

It all began with a wedding present of a trip to a rainy Hilton Head Island, SC. Since there would be no trips to the beach, we did the next best thing, looked at real estate. We settled on Shipyard, which provided a good mix of a great south end location, easy access to the beach, and a peaceful neighborhood. Starting with a villa in Evian, a French influenced townhome community, we then stumbled upon a diamond in the rough and upgraded to our own home on a large lot at the end of peaceful cul de sac - and our own pool! After extensive remodeling we rescued the home from the early 80’s decor, into the 21st century. After a few years of renting to family & friends, we decided to open our home to the public.
