The calm before the storm. Happy 4th!! Even tho all the area beach towns canceled their fireworks shows for tonight, we are sure to see random fireworks being set off. It’s 72 and sunny - perfect beach/pool day! Just ran 5 miles on boardwalk and feeling great!

Visited a beautiful national park yesterday. Got up at 7a and drove from Asbury Park to Shenandoah National Park to begin a week-long sight and see. Also will be visiting Charlottesville, Asheville, and parts of WV (The Greenbrier). 🇺🇸
