Pictona of Holly Hill held a MLP (Major League Pickleball) tournament this past weekend and our first Pickleball guests stayed at Hummingbird Haven. We did it again! This week we purchased a 3rd property to transform into another short term rental. This property is special because it is on 1 acre within the city and has the most beautiful shady trees and plants throughout. It is a bonus to have a 1200 sq foot garage that Deb will transform into a workshop for now. As with the other homes we have renovated this owner entrusted us with his home and didn’t even list it.
Deb and I decided to start working on the outside first because after working on the other properties in the dead of summer wasn’t to good for our morale. So… we have already started with the landscaping and exterior.
