Exciting news, Disney friends! I had the sweetest surprise today while driving around Disney property—I ran into one of the amazing bakers from the soon-to-open Cake Bake Shop at Disney's Boardwalk! She was so lovely and said she can’t wait to share all their delicious treats with us soon! 🍰🍪✨

Both provide frequent updates on their Facebook/TikTok feeds, along with live streams where you can ask questions.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost and the bravery shown on September 11th.

On a recent visit to EPCOT, I had the privilege of experiencing the Portraits of Courage exhibit inside the American Pavilion. This powerful display of artwork, created by President George W. Bush, shares the stories of military heroes who have served our country and sacrificed for our freedom. The exhibit includes more than 60 color portraits of veterans and service members who have served since 9/11. It was a moving reminder of the strength and courage that unite us all.

I also had the opportunity to listen to the Voices of Liberty, whose beautiful harmonies resonated with the spirit of patriotism and hope. Their rendition of American classics touched my heart and made me even more grateful for the freedoms we cherish!

If you're visiting EPCOT, I highly recommend stopping by this exhibit to reflect and pay tribute to the many who have served and continue to serve. This specific exhibit will be here until June 2025. Let's never forget the resilience, unity, and bravery that define us!

🌟Mythos Restaurant - Islands of Adventure🌟

We had an incredible lunch at Mythos Restaurant, rating it a solid 4/5 stars!

To kick things off, we indulged in the Mediterranean Spiced Charred Octopus—definitely the highlight of our meal. I could have devoured multiple plates of this amazing dish!

For my main course, I enjoyed the Souvlaki Couscous Bowl. It was the perfect portion to energize us for our park adventure without leaving us feeling overly stuffed. The grilled chicken kebabs were absolutely fantastic!

My husband had the Pad Thai. While he enjoyed the dish overall, he noted that the sauce had a unique twist compared to traditional Pad Thai, which may not suit everyone’s taste. Additionally, he felt that the portion size was a bit smaller relative to the price.

Overall, Mythos exceeded our expectations!! We’re excited to return for dinner and try their Scallops and Lamb dishes! The restaurant truly lives up to the hype and is great for various dietary needs!
