Closed out 2023 with a quick getaway to New Orleans! It's a world unto itself with a fascinating history, and a blend of cultures resulting in delicious food, beautiful architecture, and spirited music and art.

It might not seem like a kid-friendly destination at first, but we found plenty to do - a haunted carriage ride, a swamp tour, and a steamboat ride on the Mississippi to name a few.

Back from a week of sun, sand, and silliness in Costa Rica. This time we went to the Guanacaste province known for its beaches. We jet skied, sailed on a catamaran, and visited the Palo Verde wetlands to observe crocs, monkeys, and birds. We stayed at the all-inclusive, and in between meals and tropical cocktails we loved watching the iguanas and coatis weave around the pool lounge chairs. Costa Rica is a perfect destination for winter break travel - it's warm, mostly dry, and has endless opportunities for those looking for adventure and excitement or relaxation and nature.

I am home and so relieved to be reunited with my family.

Our group was staying at owned by in the High Atlas Mountains outside Marrakech, very close to the epicenter of the magnitude 6.8 earthquake that hit Morocco Friday night, September 8th.

It was a terrifying experience that doesn't quite feel real. Now that I am safe at home watching the news and seeing the images of the aftermath of this disaster, I am realizing just how lucky we were and how easily things could have turned out differently.

We may have been some of the last people to see the sights of the medina and the pink city of Marrakech in all its glory. The people of Morocco, who were so warm and welcoming to us are now suffering, and facing enormous loss.

Please consider donating to the earthquake relief fund to help meet the immediate needs of families in impacted areas, and aid long term restoration and recovery efforts.

I recently had the pleasure of helping a family celebrate their anniversary at Beaches Resort, Ochos Rios, Jamaica. This is a perfect destination for an all-inclusive family beach vacation, with gorgeous beaches, a water park with several slides, and a kids' club that partners with Sesame Street. Beaches resorts are some of the very few that have a kids' club with certified nannies available to care for babies, so moms can enjoy their vacation as much as everyone else! We spent this 4th of July weekend at . Perfect for a multi-generational family vacation - service was excellent, all the food was great, and there were endless activities to entertain us all. Today is the 12th anniversary of our Parisian wedding, but I'm throwing it back to our rehearsal dinner aboard Yacht Bretagne, in honor of the G family who will soon be visiting the City of Light! I have helped them plan a fantastic itinerary with tours of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Versailles, and more. Thrilled for them to experience a dinner cruise on the Seine and see Paris from this magical viewpoint.

13 years ago in Japan...

I was so nervous to take that trip and travel so far to a place so foreign to us. It ended up being a wonderful bonding experience, and while we didn't get married at the airport, we will soon get to return as a family of 4.

Spent last Christmas in Costa Rica and had the best time! The resort is great for families with tons of activities for kids, including movies in the pool every night, s'mores, and play area. My kids loved the kid sizes lounge chairs and the hammocks in the guest suites. There was golf for my FIL, a swim up bar for my MIL and beach time for me. Tons of exciting excursions in the area too! We went on a cable car through the rainforest, explored , saw tons of wildlife, enjoyed local food, and went ziplining through the treetops. Highly recommend!

Last week clients stayed , the perfect luxury rural retreat from which to explore the many quaint villages in the Cotswolds. This area of the English countryside is known for its rolling hills and stone architecture and staying in this converted 17th century farmhouse can give you a taste of a different time!

Birthday staycation for Knox at the ! Today we had fun in the sun swimming in the pools and playing on the water slides and on the lazy river. We ended the day with another of many birthday treats and a turtle encounter!

Love this family and so happy they had a blast ! How could they not? This 5 star resort has everything! Dining, spa, golf, shopping, bowling, pools, lake activities, fitness options, horseback riding, and of course all the outdoor adventure you'd expect in Colorado. These brave boys went white water rafting and have become quite the hikers!

I was so excited to send clients to in Crete last month! The incredible beach-side resort is styled after Minoan water palaces. Such a fantastic place for a family trip - private beaches, 6 restaurants, spa, Olympic size pool, and extensive children's facilities. Plus - kids go free! We had a FANTASTIC time onboard the Disney Fantasy! Everything -- from the bunk beds in our cabins, the characters, the restaurants, the deck parties, the pools and splash pads, the shopping and the entertainment, to the beautiful beaches and waters of the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas -- everything was MAGICAL! Highly recommend for a multigenerational family trip, especially if your kids are 5+ and can take advantage of the wonderful kids' club, which may have been everyone's favorite part. My kids have not gone a day since without asking when we can go again.

Whirlwind 48 hours in NYC. 3 shows, 3 boroughs, 10 eateries on 10 hours of sleep total. Stayed at the Times Square Edition. We especially liked the nightclub experience and breakfast in their terrace restaurant - included with Virtuoso amenities!

The Times Square EDITION is stylish and cool with dining experiences developed by Michelin-starred chef , and it's a Virtuoso hotel, which means extra amenities! Funny Girl is one of my favorites ever and is going to rock it! This trip is months away, but DON'T RAIN ON MY PARADE!!

Back from another magical trip to Aspen. This time I hiked Ajax, we visited Snowmass's Lost Forest, Glenwood hot springs, ACES Rock Bottom Ranch, and Maroon Bells. There was lots of great food and wine, and even a mountain rescue situation! . Thanks to and fam for hosting us!

My parents just got back from a trip to Triple Creek Ranch in western Montana. TCR is an all inclusive, adults only, working ranch and resort. A stay here includes luxury accommodations in log cabins (each with cozy wood burning fireplaces and private or nearby hot tubs), gourmet meals, wine and spirits, and on- and off-ranch experiences. My parents went horseback riding, mountain biking, fly fishing and hiking. They also had massages and some pool time to relax from their relaxation.
