Smoothie making tutorial. I made this for my VIP ladies but thought it might be good info to share with all of you!! Smoothies and shakes are great way to get a lot of nutrition into your day when you don't have a ton of time. Make sure your choosing the right shake mix though! Don't be fooled by fancy marketing and gimmicks. Check on the protein source soy, rice, pea, whey are all viable options - make sure you are selecting the right one and please be sure it's non GMO. Also double check the carbohydrate count and the way that the shake is sweetened; do they use sucralose or another artificial sweetener? Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about selecting the right smoothie or protein mix- especially if you're planning on using it for a meal replacement.
