Spring Hill Suites Bowling Green Marriott Bonvoy We just arrived, and I already love this place. Kianna at the front desk was so friendly, and it was clear that she enjoys being the face of the hotel. It’s only 2 months old, so obviously in great shape. My husband is happy because it offers free breakfast. (Stay tuned for his thoughts on our next place.) We are here for two nights, then off to Nashville. Bonus…. Buc-eees was on the way!

I’ve been to Disney World… why fly all the way to California for the same thing I can see closer to home? IT ISN’T THE SAME! There are so many really cool differences! From the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Tea Cups, and Small World, to Alice and Wonderland, the Matterhorn, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, the submarines (formerly 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea), real canoes, Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, and soooo much more! Toon Town is still there too, with an amazing sensory playground, splash area, and rides (Who Framed Roger Rabbit?). It isn’t the same. It’s original. It’s hallowed ground, and was Walt’s first theme park. Message me for a free quote on your adventure!

Disneyland Resort’s Grand Californian Hotel. This gorgeous mission style resort sits in the heart of Downtown Disney, allows direct access into California Adventure, and is just a 5 minute walk to the front gates of both Disneyland and California Adventure. I had so many favorite things about this hotel, but the ease of theme park access was AMAZING! If you are mobility impaired, or have bad knees, this hotel makes doing Disney a breeze! ❤️.

Disneyland was Walt’s first park, opening on July 17, 1955. It cost $17,000,000 to build.

Disneyland is located in Anaheim, California… not to be confused with Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
