I'm writing an article focusing on how people who can't leave home to work such as moms with new babies, persons with disabilities, people with full time jobs who want to make extra money in their down time ... One portion of the article is about a company called Inbox Dollars. I'm puzzled by their payment structure as I can't figure out why anyone who is U.S. based would spend 30 minutes taking a survey that pays $1 and yet I can't find any bad reviews, reviews are all encouraging, so my ask is this - if you know anyone who has used Inbox Dollars to make money and thinks it's worthwhile I'd like to talk with them via phone, text, email, DM, whatever they're comfortable with.

Can I share something that's on my heart and my hope is that it will move your heart also?

It pains me deeply to think about people who may have to choose between saving their own or a loved ones life versus the quality of their lives after incurring crushing medical costs. RIP buys medical debt from hospitals and then instead of collecting it from individuals they work to eliminate that debt! Go RIP!!!!

RIP Medical Debt makes it easy for donors to make an impactful difference in the lives of those struggling with medical debt.

Don't you love it when you're making caramel corn & the caramel starts to cool so it no longer drizzles & nobody can blame you for eating a pool of caramel with a bit of popcorn in it?
4 Caramel Sugar-free Popcorn
Drizzle melted SF chocolate over popcorn. Place in fridge to cool while making caramel sauce.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 2/3 - 1 cup SF sweetener & 1 teaspoon molasses or date syrup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low & stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in 1/3 teaspoon baking soda, 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract & 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional). Drizzle 1/3 of the syrup over popcorn. Place in fridge to cool. Place pan on burner set to warm, stir in 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter. With a spoon or spatula turn popcorn over. Drizzle 1/2 the sauce over popcorn. Return popcorn to fridge and pan to warm burner. Stir 2 to 4 squares SF chocolate into caramel until it melts. Turn popcorn over again and drizzle with chocolate caramel sauce. Place popcorn in fridge until sauce is set. Spoon into airtight container.

Salad From the Garden
If only I had chickens I could claim that this ENTIRE salad came from my garden.
Bed of greens: mixed baby lettuce, LOTS of arugula dressed with lemon juice & olive oil.
Topped with:
Roasted beets with balsamic vinegar glaze.
Hard-boiled egg.
Roasted walnut.
Cracked black pepper.
Optional:
Feta cheese or goat cheese.
