My wife and I, both Dutch, knew that we needed a place to escape, relax and feel cozy. We also know the importance of being stewards of our planet. Our "off grid" experience creates a unique get-a-way from the everyday hussle.

In 2025, Gezellig Cottage will be offering an opportunity to buy a 1 week use at our off-grid eco camp resort in the Bahamas. Your 1 week includes accommodation, use of a 4 Wheeler, snorkel gear and kayaks, accomodation for up to 8 persons, outdoor chefs kitchen, spa style washroom and complimentary scuba trip. Complimentary airport pickup which is 5 minutes away.

1 week annually until 2030. $12000 for the share. Non refundable $500 deposit February 2024 upon signed agreement. $5500 due December 2024 and balance January 2027. Lawyer signed agreement protects all parties. Cleaning fee of $250 per week when booked. Blackout dates.

Owner is Brant@Home Inc. The owner is a former general contractor and business Deveolpe, family man and Canadian Citizen.

We are building this off grid resort to allow people a place to get away and call their own. We believe in being stewards of our environment and the Gezellig resort brings tourism dollars to the residents of Andros Island. The resort will eventually have camp grown fresh fruit and vegetables.

As the weather turns colder here in Southern Ontario, the snow is flying...we are excited to start the journey of creating Gezellig Island. Lots of planning in needed and in the works as we plan for our new dock and stairway that will be built next Spring 2023. Stay tuned. Oh yes, we also are buing our boat soon too to provide shuttle service to our Island. Here's a rendering of our future dock.
