When is fishing season? On the Delta, it's always fishing season!

We have cleaned up and opened the last of our docks for berthers. These slips are covered and are the perfect size for fishing boats. The slips are 28' x 11'. This is a great deal for anyone who is launching every weekend. Keeping your boat in the water will save you time and money.

HAPPY THURSDAY! We will have a controlled burn today (9/7/23) on Paradise Island. Please do not be alarmed if you see flames coming from the island's south end. We plan on starting at about 10:30 am.

Last night to enjoy a cheeseburger ($7) in paradise this summer. We open at 5pm and we will be enjoying cold beers, games and music until the sunset.

Our Food Truck Fridays have been a lot of fun and we hope that you will join us this Friday as we welcome Santacos. They prepare mexican food like no other. Hand made ingredients and meats grilled to order. Our goal is to bring an array of new food trucks that haven never been to the delta area. If you haven’t seen the meadow cabanas now would be a great time to check them out. We have recently decided to add power to each of these. So they will have a fan, a light and a place to charge your electronics. These are totally customizable and we are kid and pet friendly. We also have an outdoor play area and a game room for the guests staying on the Island.

This was cool to watch…Pirate Paul was showin off with his wake riding skills on our paddle today. You don’t have to be a pro paddler to join us and we will be hitting the water every Saturday around noon. Need a paddle board or Kayak? We rent them for $10/hr.

These guests went all out this last weekend! They rented the Island House, 2 floating cabanas, and 3 meadow cabanas. They also brought in 8 RVs and 7 tents. The host brought in these really cool high end lights that brought new life and excitement to Paradise.

Glad to see the island in new hands where it can live up to its potential. We left because former harbormaster was a complete a**hat, as did droves of former slip renters. My family had boats there on and off for 20 years. Best of luck!
