A sneak preview into the VIP Beaches Tour of Home last weekend. A finished product of wood-graining was done and intrigued by a flamboyant history of a famous Opera Singer, Lawrence Haynes who built this beauty in 1934. He preformed for many, including Winston Churchill and hosted parties, where he sang on his balcony in Tuxedo Tails and magnetized celebrities from all over the world, including Frank Sinatra. All this in our Beaches Small Town Backyard!

If only they hired it out right the first time! Instead this property owner hired a jack-leg and every thing is done wrong. With sloppy, incorrect paint for cabinets and walls. They need this property rented right away. Rescue and recovery was done in a matter of a few days! Presto * and she’s ready to rent!

When you pull an all nighter because you just can’t stop until ultimately....you see the beautiful finished product. This off-white color looks great when blending yellow tones , but want more gray. Chose Benjamin Moore Sailcloth! And a beautiful view over looking our city!

Here we go again... changing that old , dull, outdated cabinetry , and if you didn’t know better , you would think these are brand new doors. A bit of white Satin gloss and Presto*.. a brand new kitchen is awaiting!

Just a bit of white paint to these dark cabinets, cutting down the bar, and adding a lighter slab can update this kitchen tremendously! What a huge change at a fraction of the costs of a new kitchen!
