Signed up for a new business card with a 90,000 points welcome offer that also earns 5x at office supply stores. Used it to buy gift cards FROM the office supply store. Earned 90,000 from bonus offer + 40,000 from $8,000 in gift cards = 130,000 points. Now the offer is 75,000.
Gift card strategy:
Pre-purchase Disney gift cards, combine them, and apply them to your cruise expenses. Use them for activities and gratuities on the Disney cruise.

What its like to be on a Disney Cruise - how much do kid's love it?

Disney Cruise highlights
7 day- Western Caribbean - Disney Fantasy

The Oceanview Family Room for 5 was spacious and for the Kids section, it included a Murphy bed, bunk bed and convertible sofa bed. There is a divider in between beds to separate the parents side, although the noise is not separated ;)
2 bathrooms, with one sink in each.

Fun activities: Animation Classes. You can follow along to draw a Disney character and test your sketching skills!

Always available: Soft Serve Ice Cream and Mini Golf at the top deck, by the sports area. Kids loved going over and over again. FREE.

Breakfast dining outdoors was super nice. Includes Mickey waffles!
Dining was rotational, with a different restaurant every night, but the wait staff stays the same and rotates with you. They were amazing and even cut the kids food every night so you don’t have to.

Fish Extender Gifts - for cabin gift exchange- I made for sand collection during the sailing and different stops we made. I gifted one per cabin along with a route map. I also crocheted the jute rope to create a rope and then hang it as an ornament.

I grew up with a dad who was a dreamer and he always followed his passions, despite what anyone else ever would think or try to talk him out of.
I am the same

My dreams have been to be financially independent, travel the world and show others that it is possible too.
Hence my professional finance career (now retired) and endless points and miles tricks I use to travel anywhere without impacting my personal finances.
